AGRICULTURE
Preparing reports on agricultural properties including: cash crop, livestock (dairy, poultry, hogs, beef cattle), mushroom, hobby and horse farms; as well as greenhouses and apple orchards.
INDUSTRIAL BUILDINGS
Analyzing buildings between 5,000 and 100,000+ square feet. These single and multi-tenant structures were occupied by a wide range of occupants including general manufacturing, warehousing and automotive related manufacturing.
COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS
Valuations within this segment of the market have included newly built/to be built retail and office buildings, older core area and neighbourhood mixed-use structures, retail strip malls and single-tenant structures.
MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS
Projects ranging in size from three to fifty units have been valued, including those with a mixture of unit types including lower level retail or office accommodation.
VACANT LAND
Residential sites available for single family dwellings, townhouse or apartment buildings have been valued. Vacant industrial and commercial land to include suburban and downtown infill location have been completed.
SPECIAL USE PROPERTIES
Fast food restaurants, service stations, car dealerships, restaurants, taverns, meeting halls, recreation centres, schools and churches.
CONSERVATION LAND
Appraisals completed for various Conservancies and Land Trusts for fee simple donations along with Conservation Easement Agreements which can be used for the Federal Government EcoGift Program.
EASEMENT & RIGHT-OF-WAY APPRAISALS
Specialist in easement and partial-taking work for right-of-way and expropriation purposes.
